It had great and gorgeous location 4-6 minutes walking distance from Art. The restaurant was located within 700 feet. The room was modern and spotless, had smoke detectors for the safety. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an adjoining terrace, coffee, and the softest sheets were a nice touch.

We had a nice experience. It was a great relaxing and lovely welcoming hotel in a quiet area, really close to the beach, restaurants and bars, Provincetown on the 10 am boat and where wonderful breakfasts can be enjoyed. The venue provided a savoury breakfast with muffins and also freshly baked goods.

Feeling that I greatly enjoyed this great relaxing and beautiful hotel after staying for 2 nights. King room was reasonably large and luxurious. The breakfasts were hearty and scrumptious with freshly baked goods and muffins, for example. Also, location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Art. It was wonderful time in Provincetown.

I got amazing value for my money at this cozy hotel with attention to detail. The location was perfect, just a block off Commercial Street, yet quiet. The staff treated me with such kindness and respect, making me feel right at home.

The menu for breakfast could use an improvement, perhaps by offering more variety or options.

The hotel was immaculately clean and had well-appointed and stocked rooms. The room was always kept clean and available with a view. An electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware where a nice touch. All the stuff was excellant and attentive, tackled my issues. I came here for 2 nights and had a very relaxing stay.
